Pilakang Aliya is the deity governing the Moon and musical performances. Her chosen Baganihan is kudyapi player Ambahan from Batinglilaw Tribe.
Her design concept is inspired by the precolonial Visayan dancer. The diaphanous materials of her clothing signify her grace and elegance. The hair ornaments she wears showcase the phases of the moon. This kind of ornament is called "Tusok" by our Visayan ancestors. Some of her accessories are decorated with those funnel-shaped danglers. They are based on the pre-colonial accessories unearthed long time ago and are one of the evidences of the pre-colonial culture. With her graceful movements, these funnel-shaped danglers serve as small bells that produce small mystifying sounds. Her divine relic is the Lunar Scarf that flows as elegantly as her dance.
