Mata'ang Masilat is the deity who governs the omens and fortune telling. Her chosen baganihan is Tilhati, a shaman girl from Aluhib Tribe.
The silhouette of her design is based on the pre-colonial Visayan woman who wears a wide cloth underneath her conical hat for additional sun protection. As a design concept, it evokes a sence of mystery just how Mat'ang Masilat's magic works. The eye motifs decorating some parts of her garments signify her ability to see the unseen. Only when she closes her eyes that she sees the concealed truths. Her divine relic is the Seer's Necklace in shape of eyes that gradually closes as it gets to the bottom layer.
